1. Serviceable Areas & Pincode Coverage

Our delivery coverage is dynamic and verified during address selection:

• Pincode & Address Verification: Delivery eligibility and coverage are identified at the time of selecting or entering your delivery address during checkout. Our system verifies real-time road distances across Dwarka and surrounding Delhi NCR regions.
• Freshness Guarantee Radius: To preserve the structural integrity and taste of fresh dairy whipped cream, we restrict delivery to zones where our dedicated delivery fleet can safely reach within our freshness window.
• In-Store Self-Pickup: Customers may also choose Store Pickup at checkout free of charge. Pick up your orders directly from our bakery hub at Shop No. G-5, Plot No. 9, Pankaj Plaza, Sec-6 Market, Sector 6 Dwarka, New Delhi 110075 (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily).

2. Hourly Delivery Slots & Scheduling

We offer structured scheduling to ensure your order arrives right when you need it:

• Hourly Delivery Slots: We operate on hourly delivery slots throughout our working hours. Select your preferred 1-hour window at checkout to align seamlessly with your party or event timeline.
• Preparation Lead Times: Daily bakes and classic celebration cakes require a minimum preparation and dispatch window of 3 to 4 hours. Custom theme, multi-tier, and fondant cakes require 24 to 48 hours advance notice for handcrafted sugar art.
• No Midnight Delivery: Please note that we do not offer midnight delivery at this time. All deliveries are scheduled strictly within our active daytime and evening operational hours.

3. Safe Transit & Temperature Care

We protect delicate bakery items throughout their journey:

• Every cake is secured in reinforced corrugated boxes with internal stabilizing bases to prevent shifting or surface smudges during transit.
• During high Delhi temperatures, delicate whipped cream cakes are transported in insulated thermal containers or four-wheeler vehicles.
• Storage Advice: Fresh cream cakes should be refrigerated (≤ 5°C) immediately upon arrival. Fondant cakes should be stored in an air-conditioned room to prevent condensation on sugar art.

4. Handover Protocol & Delivery Exceptions

The recipient or an authorized representative (family member, security gate, or neighbor) must be available to receive the cake during the selected hourly slot.

Because bakery products are perishable and custom-made, an order is marked fulfilled and cannot be re-routed or refunded if the recipient is unreachable after multiple contact attempts, if an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, or if delivery is refused at the doorstep.
